These burials are are marked however no names nor dates are on the metal markers. There is a large vacant area in the center though burials may be there. There could be more than 100 unmarked burials but I counted the marked ones only. James Howard Motley and Mrs Helen Motley are in a long row in the very back of the cemetery. There are near ten burials on that row. Jones Grove Cemetery is the entire north end and Smyrna Baptist Church Cemetery is right against it to the south. So it appeared to many this was one cemetery. The two churches were only a tenth of a mile apart and both used the same hill to bury.

Gravesite Details
33 graves are marked by illegible markers, broken tombstones or foundations of tombstones. In a future visit some will be identified.
