Jean Delphia (Noble) Frank was born on May 15, 1903 in Nashville, Tennessee, the daughter of Albert Hawkins Noble (1874-1968) and Delphia Alberta (Odbert) Noble (1880-1962). {It is noted that her obituary has her middle name as Delphi.}

She was married to Richard Horton Frank Sr (1899–1993), the son of John Philip Frank (1869–1939) and Jessie Dora (Hirsch) Frank (1876–1956).

Jean was a member of Cumberland Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution as well as past regent, past officer and state chairman of Ellis Island Project. She was also organizing president of the Crockett Forge Chapter of Daughters of 1812, past president of Clarendon Chapter of Colonial Dames of the 17th Century and a member of the Virginia Association and the Huguenot Society.

Living in Davidson County, Jean was 88 years old and married when she passed away on August 31, 1991.

Preceded in death by her parents, she was survived by her husband Richard, daughter Jean Frank Massey, son Richard H Frank Jr, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Graveside Services were held on September 2nd in Woodlawn Cemetery, Nashville.
