Mary Ann "Tootsie" Johnson, age 90 of Gulfport, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney D. Johnson; her daughter, Mary Gail Williams; and her son, Kenneth D. Johnson.
Mary Ann is survived by her daughters, Sandra Councell and her husband Eddie, and Susan Yurik; Lucille Ballinger, her sister; her grandchildren, Theresa Gray, Susan Pugh, Wendy Yurik, Lori Alvarado, Jennifer Pugh, Trina Brenot, Steven Williams, and Lacey TeBeest; numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was a devout member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Gulfport. She will be remembered as a wonderful cook and seamstress, and was an avid Bingo player.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, with a visitation from 12:00 PM until the service.
Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
