WILVA IRENE LOUIS

Dayton -- Mrs Wilva Irene Louis, 61, died Sunday in a McMinnville hospital following a lengthy illness.
She was born and raised in Dayton, attended college at Monmouth, and taught school at Panther Creek and Lafayette.
She was married in 1924 at Dayton to Herman T Louis, who survives, and worked in the Dayton post office from 1942 until last November when she took a leave of absence because of illness.
She was a member of the Christian Church, Eastern Star, Rebekahs and American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors in addition to the widower include sisters Mrs Bess Curtis, Portland, and Mrs Sellah Rrooper, The Dalles; brothers Clark B Foster and Vernen Foster, both of Dayton, and A D Foster, Spokane, Wash.
Services will be 2 pm Wednesday in the Macy & Son chapel, McMinnville, with Rev Neal King officiating. Entombment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park Mausoleum, McMinnville.
