Dan M. Baggett, age 74, of Stone Mountain, died Friday December 15, 2000. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 18, 2000 at 2:00 PM at Wards Stone Mountain Chapel with Rev. Larry Rary officiating. Interment will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens in Snellville. A native of Douglas County, GA., Mr. Baggett was a retired Construction Sub-Contractor, a World War II U. S. Navy veteran and of the Methodist Faith. Survivors include wife, Bettie Sue Baggett, Stone Mountain; daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy and Dr. Marc Kornfield, Marietta, Lucy and Steve Bell, Lilburn, Kathy and Alex Richards, Roswell; brother, William (Bill) Baggett, Douglasville,; grandchildren, Angela, Ryan and Amanda Kornfield, Alicia, Daniel and Andrea Bell, Joshua, Adam, Amy and Allison Richards, nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
