Surviving are his wife, Mrs Rubye Suttles Baggett, sister, Mrs Virginia Morris, Douglasville; brothers, Mr Bill Baggett, Mr Jim Baggett, both of Douglasville; Mr Dan Baggett, Stone Mountain; niece, Martha Peace, other nieces and nephews. Funeral services Thursday 2 pm East Point Christian Church with remains placed in state at 1 pm. Minister Wendell Baggett officiating. Interment, Westview. In lieu of flowers donations to the East Point Christian Church or Atlanta Christian College. Howard L Carmichael & Sons.
