Denver Dallas Lilly 97 formerly of Hilldale, died peacefully early Thursday morning 25 Mar 2021 at English Meadows Assisted Living in Blacksburg, VA.

Born 7 Jul 1923 at Pipestem, WV, he was the son of the late William C. and Winnie Grace Pack Lilly.

Mr. Lilly was a retired carpenter and a member of the Carpenter's Union. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church at Talcott and a former member of Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church of Hilldale. He was also a WWII Army Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nola F. Lilly, two brothers, Dewey and Herbert Lilly, and a sister, Ina Gwinn.

Survivors include one son, Kevin Lilly and wife Carolyn of Hilldale, three daughters, Patricia Barrett of Baltimore, MD, Kay Holland and husband Nelson of Raleigh, NC and Kerri Farley and husband Jim of Blacksburg, VA, three grandchildren, Donald Kirker, Jr and wife Whitney of Christiansburg, VA Brianna Saville-Reynolds and husband Logan of Blacksburg, VA Lauren Holland of Raleigh, NC and two great grandchildren Conner James Kirker and Wyatt Denver Saville-Reynolds.

Graveside service will be held Saturday, 27 Mar 2021 at 11:30 a.m. at Campground Cemetery at Creamery, WV with Rev. Sam Groves officiating. There will be no visitation. Those wishing to attend the graveside are asked to meet at the cemetery. COVID19 guidelines will be adhered to.
