Florence V. Barron, 85, of Bethlehem Township, died Feb. 28 in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was married to Elmer L. Barron for 67 years last April. A presser, she worked for Sportette Blouse Factory, Moorestown, for 10 years before retiring in 1984. Previously, she was employed by Mary McIntosh cleaners, Easton, for more than 25 years until 1974.

Born in West Springfield Township, Bucks County, she was a daughter of the late Calvin and Clara (Stover) Ruch. She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Farmersville, and its St. John's Quilters and Ladies Aid Society, and a former superintendent of its Sunday school primary department.

Survivors: Husband; son, Ronald E. of Bethlehem; brother, LeRoy of Belfast; seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday in the church. Call 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem, and 10-11 a.m. Wednesday in the church.
