Danny "Danno" George, age 64, of London, Kentucky passed away on Friday, March 26, 2021.
He leaves behind five children, Jaime VanHook & fiancé Jeremy Adams, Jennifer Gaddis & husband Jason, Michelle Spurlock & husband Travis, Mackenzie George, Logan George & girlfriend Natalie Smith; his sister, Donna George; his nephew A. J. Shepherd; eight grandchildren, Blake VanHook, Connor Hollon, Jalynn VanHook, Hannah Gaddis, Caylee Hollon, Mason Gaddis, Carsyn Spurlock, Elijah George, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Daniel George, Sr. and Shirley Brock; and by his son-in-law, Jason VanHook.
Danno was a loving father, and he attended First Baptist Church of East Bernstadt. He loved DJ-ing music where he was known as D.J. Danno. Music was a huge part of his life. He dearly loved his grandkids and enjoyed watching them play sports. Danno was an avid car salesman, and he also loved watching college basketball.
Funeral services for Danny "Danno" George will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Norm Brock officiating. Burial will follow at A. R. Dyche Memorial Park in London, Kentucky.
