Mrs. John Rosenwald Loses Life in Field - Ill With Paralysis

Mrs. John Rosenwald, 63, who has lived in the southwest part of Moody county for a number of years, lost her life this week when she left the farm house and wandered some distance to a field, where she was overcome. She has been in failing health for some time and suffered from partial paralysis. Her maiden name was Elisabeth Langenberg. She was born in Germany and came to this country when eight years old. She married Mr. Rosenwald in 1900 and they have lived at the present location for nearly 40 years. Funeral services were held at the Coleman Methodist church, with Rev. W. A. Johnson officiating. Surviving are the widower and 10 children: Mrs. Lawrence Blankenhorn, Mrs. Ella Johanson, Howard, Mrs. Nicholas Peterson, Mrs. Ray Loucks, Mrs. Dorothy Bortnem and Lenis, all of this vicinity; and Mrs. Emil Kroeger and Charles, of California.
