Illness Fatal to Mrs. Emil Kroger
A life-long South Dakota resident, Mrs. Emil Kroger, 52, of 1123 N. Phillips Ave., died this morning in a local hospital after an illness of six months. Mrs. Kroger was born in Dell Rapids May 2, 1902, but lived most of her life at Colman. She was married April 26, 1921, at Egan. She and her husband came to Sioux Falls four years ago. Services will be held at the Miller Funeral Home at 1 p m. Monday. The Rev. George Whitthaus will officiate. Mrs. H. B. Crandall will be at the organ. Burial will be in Colman cemetery. Survivors Include the widower; a son. Earl, El Cajon, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Lyle Owen, Sioux Falls, and Mrs. Don School, Worthing: her father, John Rosenwald, Colman, and five sisters and four brothers.
