Eliza Ann "Annie" Vickers was the dau of Elmore Vickers born in Kemper Co MS. She married Carl PG Wiesen Sept 20, 1860, in Harrisonburg, LA. They had 6 children, 3 of whom lived to adulthood. Carl died July 1, 1874, in Harrisonburg. Annie remarried twice - first to David S. Smith on Aug 16, 1876, in Harrisonburg, LA. They had a daughter, Mary Julia born April 28, 1879, in Troupe, TX. We don't know what happened to Mr. Smith, but Annie and the children moved to East Texas in 1878-1879. She married for the third and last time to Robert B. "Bob" Ross Oct. 5, 1879, in Henderson County, TX. (Information from marriage licenses, Catahoula Parish LA Courthouse records and Wiesen family oral histories)
