"THE LAMAR COUNTY ECHO", 1 Mar 1990: 'Bill J. Buster, 63, Rt.1, Paris, died at his home at 5 p.m. Wednesday, 28 Feb 1990. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, 3 Mar, in Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Louis Ricketson and the Rev. Stephen Keeling officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.

Mr. Buster was born 1 Aug 1926, in Oklahoma, a son of Wirt and Mabel Cleere Buster. He attended schools in Caviness and Paris. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army. He married Robbie Keeling on 23 Jun 1950, in Caviness. He was owner of Buster Trucking Company.

Surviving are his wife; one son, Thomas Ray Buster; one grandson, Brian Daniel Buster; his parents, who live in Caviness; two brothers, J.E. (Gene) Buster and Jack Buster; and three sister, Helen Hickman, Janice Winford, and Linda Reynolds.
