A native of Big PIne, Calif., she was born Nov. 21, 1924, to Charlie and Altha (Branson) Summers and had lived in Reno for the past 40 years, coming from California. Mrs. Foster was a waitress. Husband, Bob, died in 1968.
Surviving are sons, Craig Allen of Upper Lake, California, Gary Allen of Tracy, California, and Bruce Foster of Reno; brother Jack of Palm Springs, California, and six grandchildren.
No funeral is scheduled. Cremation is under the direction of O'Brien-Rogers and Crosby Funeral Home.
