Henry Eugene Rose married Maud Wilburn King. And is survived by her and Sons Jewel Henry Rose, Joe Calvin Rose, Daughters, Ruby Herman, Louise Hubbert, Virginia Fox, Mary Francis Holmes, Pearl Taylor, many grand children and great grand children. Sisters Lula Wray, Anna Blaylock of Duck Hill, Ms, Mettye Gillespie of Cockrum, Ms, Alma Kincaid Osborn of Boise, Idaho, Hattie Bennett of Hernando, Ms,. Deceased are brothers James (Jim) Hilliard Rose of Helena, Ark. John William (Willie) Rose of Kilmichael,Ms and George Lamar Rose of Duck Hill, Ms.

Henry was a share cropper, farmer and carpenter, Henry raised his family on the land later owned by his youngest son Joe C. Rose. There is a large Beech tree with his name carved in it on the property..it says H E Rose.

Bro Metts of the Duck Hill Baptist Church conducted the services, he was 73 years old and died of complications from diabetes and cancer.
