Mrs. Lula Rose Wray, 93, of Duck Hill died Thursday, April 2, 1987, at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Services for the Montgomery County native and housewife were conducted from Duck Hill Baptist Church at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 4. The Rev. Johnny Hutchinson, assisted by the Rev. Richard Morman, preached. Burial was in Duck Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Wray, a member of Duck Hill Baptist Church, is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Belgya of Lancaster, Ohio and Mrs. La Rose Linn of Pickens; a son, E.B. Wray, Jr. of Duck Hill, 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one-great-great-grandchild.
Pallbearers were Elmer Wray Belgya, Ernie Wray, Tommy Linn, Charles W. Rodgers, Russell L. Thomas and Bobby Russell. Oliver Funeral Home handled arrangements.
