Last rites for Ruby Rose Herman were held Wednesday, Jan 29th at 2 p m at the Duck Hill Baptist Church. Officiating were Reverends George Steward, and Donnie Stewart, Burial was at Duck Hill Cemetery with Lee Funeral Home in charge. Mrs Herman was 68 years old and died January 27th at the Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital, survivors include her husband Benjamin Franklin Herman Sr and three children., B F Herman Jr., Marjorie Goldman, and Claire Holmes. Two brothers, Joe Calvin Rose and Jewell Rose, three sisters, Mary Frances Holmes, Louise Hubbard and Virginia Fox and five grandchildren, Frankie, Bennie, June, Bubba and Gregg.
