John Henry Eicher, 91, of rural Geneva, passed away at 7:00AM March 8, 2021 at his residence. He was born February 21, 1930. Mr. Eicher was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. He was the owner of Eicher's Bakery. His wife Magdalena (Schwartz) Eicher preceded him in death.

Survivors include his children Bertha (Paul) Zehr, Grabill, IN., Sarah (Daniel) Schwartz, KY., Leah (Edwin) Stuerly, PA., Anna (David) Eicher, Grabill, IN., Pete (Sylvia) Eicher, Geneva, IN., Mattie (Sam) Eicher, Grabill, IN., Elizabeth Wengerd, Ohio, John (Rosie) Eicher, Geneva, Josephine (Joseph) Lengacher, Harlan, IN., Sam (Katheryn) Eicher, PA., Jake (Elizabeth) Eicher, Geneva, Katie (Enos) Schwartz, Berne, Christ (Mary) Eicher, Grabill, Aaron (Rebecca) Eicher, Geneva, Andy (Nioma) Eicher, Michigan, Son in Law Eli Yoder, and many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his Wife, 1 daughter, Mary Yoder, 1 Son in Law, Menno Wengerd, 1 Brother, Jake Eicher, and 5 sisters, Agnes (Nick Schwartz), Anna (Henry Delegrange), Mary (David Wengerd), Martha (Joe Schwartz), and Emma (Jonas Schwartz).

Visitation will take place at the John Henry Eicher residence 9380 S. 50 E. Geneva, IN. 46740 on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 from 12:00PM-8:00PM and on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 from 8:00AM-8:00PM.

Funeral Services will be at the John Henry Eicher residence on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 9:00AM with Bishop Pete J. Eicher officiating. Burial will take place at Bunkerhill Cemetery in rural Geneva following the Funeral Service.

Arrangements have been entrusted with Downing & Glancy Funeral Home in Geneva.
