Charlotte Anners, age 36, died of dropsy and buried in the week 17-24 Feb 1810 from her burial record on familysearch.org

Charlotte matches as the mother of Henry F Anners and husband of Thomas S Anners.

Henry F. Anners, his wife, Jeanette and their daughter, Cora are shown together on readable section of the inscription. From Cora, Charlotte's husband and other children can be matched.

In 1900, Cora Anners was with her unmarried cousins, Mary F Gummy and Annie Gummy. They match in the earlier census as daughters of Elizabeth Gould Anners, wife of James Gummy. Elizabeth Gould Anners had her baptism 9 Aug 1809 in Philadelphia.

Elizabeth Gould Anners was with her widowed sister, Emily R Ash in 1880. Emily Rose Anners had a 10 Dec 1802 Philadelphia, Christ Church baptism as daughter of Thomas and Charlotte Anners.

Emily was living in Minnesota in 1860 with her three children who were born in Pennsylvannia. The burial record for her son, Thomas Cecil Ash showed her husband as Thomas T Ash. The son, Thomas had died in Feb 1863 in Minnesota but was returned to be buried 23 May 1865 at Laurel Hill Cemetery.

The son-in-law, Thomas T. Ash and the son, Henry F Anners of Philadelphia were printers in the 1830s:
e.g. Named on the cover of, "AMUSEMENT FOR LITTLE GIRLS, LEISURE HOURS" BY MARY ELLIOTT (1838)

Henry F Anners continued to appear as a printer in Philadelphia in the 1840s

There is no death or burial record showing on familysearch to match to the father, Thomas S Anners in Philadelphia but there is an 1832 Philadelphia probate with will of a Thomas Anners (world subscription needed to view on Ancestry) - The Thomas S Anners shown in Section: L Plot: 145 matches the same plot shown for Henry F Anners.

Thomas S Anners married Mary Reed 30 Dec 1810 in Philadelphia. She likely matches the 1845 burial as Mary Frances Anners, also not showing on familysearch but showing in hints on Ancestry (world subscription needed to view that). Findagrave entry notes "Burial noted on death certificate" without showing her age.

A list of holders of stock in the loans of the commonweath of Pennsylvanian dated 9 Jun 1832 included Thomas S Anners of Philadelphia, showing $1,000 against his name for loan of act dated 2 Apr 1821 (Journal, Part 2 by Pennsylvania. General Assembly. Senate available on Googlebooks)

In 1830 Thomas S Anners lived in Chestnut Ward, Philadelphia, adjacent to Thomas T Ash (matching as his son-in-law) - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XHG2-ZQB

Thomas S Anners, a native of England, petitioned for naturalization in Philadelphia 14 Oct 1802, stating he had been in the state of Pennsylvania for the past 7 years. He swore the oath 5 Oct 1805.

Thomas Sherwin Anners had his baptism 14 Aug 1771 at Leicester, St Martin as the son of Frank Anners and Elizabeth; the only match found to go with his naturalization.

Further adult Anners family buried in Philadelphia:

Mrs Mary Anners died 4 May 1847, age 33 from consumption (matched as the wife of Henry P. Anners from the announcent shown on the bio for her findagrave entry)

Robert M Anners, born 10 Oct 1800 in the City of Philadelphia, was buried 11 Dec 1859 from his death record - Shown in the same plot as Thomas S Anners on his findagrave entry

Journal, Volume 50, Part 1 by Pennsylvania. General Assembly. House of Representatives, p446 (available on Googlebooks) shows Martha Pullen Anners of Philadelphia had filed for her marriage to be ended 2 Mar 1840 (further pages named her husband, Robert and recorded that the marriage was annulled).

It is likely Robert matches as a further child of Thomas and Charlotte though he does not show in the 1850 census.
