Christopher Hering, of 105 Starr street, an old resident of the Eastern District, died on Wednesday at his residence. The funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon in the Emmanuel German Lutheran Church, on Melrose street of which he was a member, and the interment will be made In the Lutheran Cemetery. Mr. Hering was born in Germany, fifty-one years ago, and had been employed by John H. Shults, the baker for nearly thirty years. He leaves a widow, six daughters and three sons.
