Lawrence Anton Hunt
Lawrence Anton Hunt, born in Cole Co. Missouri on February 9 1888, son of the late Thomas Jefferson Hunt and his wife Menerva, nee Ennis, passed away Thursday Sept 12 1963 at St. Francis Hospital in Washington, Mo at the age of 75 years, 7 months and 3 days.
He was baptized in the Baptist faith. He resided in St. Louis County until 1949 when he came to the Gerald community to make his home.
Survivors include 1 son, Thomas J. Hunt of Evansville, Ind; a daughter-in-law, Beulah; 3 grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. May Baker and brother-in-law, Andrew Baker of Gerald; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services were held at the Oltmann Funeral Home, here in Gerald on Sunday, Sep15 at 2:00 pm with the Rev. Elmer Reichert officiating. Internment followed in the Cove Cemetery at Moselle, Mo.
