son Phillip Jerome Tufts. Surviving are her children Peggy Terry
and Stanley Tufts. Ruby and John were married on
August 29, 1950. (67 years)
Her parents were Frank and Belva (Estep) Osborn. Also preceded
in death by her siblings Frankie Osborn, June Leasure, Leonard
Osborn, Kate Moore, Gussie Merle Hinton, Norma Golden and Mary
Wiegand.
Her and her husband once were co-owners of J & P Grille in
New Salem and she was also a co-owner of the Village Twist in
Millersport Ohio. Ruby was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary
AMVETS post # 51. Her funeral service was held at Johnson-
Smith Funeral Home.
