YOUNG MATRON DIES AT HOSPITAL
Mrs. Bessie May Ebersole, wife of Mr. Howard Ebersole, died at 12:30 o'clock this morning at Memorial Hospital from pneumonia, following an operation. She had been ill about two weeks.
Mrs. Ebersole was 39 years of age, and was formerly Miss Kern, of the county. Besides her husband, she leaves two children, Paul and Edna Ebersole. She is also survived by her mother, Mrs. H. F. Kern: three brothers, John Kern, of Winchester; Charles Kern, of Baltimore, and George Kern, of the county, and three sisters, Mrs. W. L. Poston, of this city; Mrs. C. D. Baker, of Elkins, W. Va., and Mrs. J. P. Baecher, of this county.
The funeral will take place at 10 o'clock on Thursday morning at Greenwood church, officiating with the Rev. Walter Depp, of Market St. M. E. Church, this city, officiating The pallbearers will be nephews of the deceased, Leonard Brown, Gilbert Brown, Harry Kern, John Kern, Charles Kern and Paul Poston.
The burial will be made in Mount Hebron Cemetery.
