George Kern's Rites Are Held In Winchester
Winchester, Va., March 12 (Spl.).
Funeral services were held today for George P. Kern, 69, farmer and dairyman who was stricken with a heart attack in the downtown section of Winchester Saturday and died en route to the hospital.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Friendship Fire Company and leaves his widow, three children by a former marriage and a brother.
Son of Henry Furlong Kern and Jane Ann Boyd. Husband of Annie Jane Mason. Husband of Harriet Elizabeth "Ella" Ritter.
