She was born Aug. 24, 1920, in Peculiar, the daughter of John C. and Katherine Rose (Zirger) Hoenshell.
On Aug. 24, 1942, she married George Allen Glenn in Indianapolis, Ind.
Mrs. Glenn was a homemaker. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, American Legion Auxiliary and a former member of the Cass County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary all of Harrisonville. She was a lifelong resident and enjoyed her family and reading.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, George Allen Glenn, Oct. 15, 1986; five brothers, Walter, Earl, Edward, John and Arthur; nine sisters, Georgia, Callie, Rosa, Myrle, Josephine and Hazel, an infant sister, Ella, and twin infant sisters, Mary and Mabel.
Surviving are a son, G.A. Glenn and wife, Tracy, Maumelle, Ark.; a daughter, Patricia Glenn, Kansas City; a granddaughter, Kathy Knoche and husband, Keith, Harrisonville; two great-granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Kelsi Knoche; other relatives and many friends.
Services were Oct. 21 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, with the Rev. Asher McDaniel officiating.
A private family burial was held at Oakland Cemetery, Harrisonville, under the direction of the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville.
