Aged Resident of this Vicinity succumbs to complications.
Mrs. Anna Wargo, who with her family has resided on the Golf Road for the past ten years, died at 10 o'clock this morning, the cause of which was attributed to complication of diseases and the infirmities of old age.
Mrs. Wargo was born in Austria-Hungary, on June 8, 1860, and in 1888 was united in marriage with Frank Wargo, who prededed her in death two years ago. Her maiden name was Anna Seroka(Roman). Ten children were born of this union as follows: Mrs. Anna Cook, Mrs. Steve Hancin, Mrs. Julia Koral, John, Joseph, Steve, William and George Wargo, Streator; M. J. Wargo, Ransom; Mrs. Susie Green, Rockford, ILL. There are also two sisters, Mrs. Susie Bros(Broz) of Lakefield, Minn., and Mrs. Joseph Mazak of Streator, and Joseph Seroka, also of Streator.
Mrs. Wargo was a resident of Streator for about forty years, coming here from Austria-Hungary. The family home was located on North Bloomington Street for about thirty years, after which they moved to the present location.
No arrangements have been made for the funeral, as word is being awaited from the sister who resides in Minnesota.
