Moritz, Froza Faye

Froza Faye Moritz, age 88, of Versailles, passed away Friday evening, September 21, 2007, at the Good Shepherd Care Center. She was born March 11, 1919, in Dora, Missouri, the daughter of Fate and Elizabeth Dobbs Freeman. She was united in marriage with Fred Moritz Jr. on April 13, 1936, and he preceded her in death on December 7, 1977. Faye was a homemaker and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Versailles. She is survived by three sons, Dallas Moritz and wife Bonnie, Donald Moritz, and Samuel Moritz, all of Versailles; one daughter, Ina Edgar and husband Don of Versailles; nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Pat Thompson; one brother; and eight sisters. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 24, at the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles with Pastor Dallas Moritz officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Versailles Cemetery.
