On June 27, 1955, she was united in marriage to her surviving husband, Donald Edgar. Together, they have shared sixty-four years of marriage.
Ina was an avid collector of cookie jars. She loved her grandchildren and treasured the time she spent with them. Her dog, Angel, also held a special place in her heart.
In addition to her husband, Donald, she is survived by her children, Sherri Roberts and husband Stan of Versailles, Missouri, Larry Edgar and wife Leanne of Riverside, Missouri and Lana Kennison of Oak Grove, Missouri; three grandchildren, Amber Roberts, Kendra Roberts and Rocky Edgar; a great-grandson, Luke Edgar; her brother, Dallas Moritz and wife Bonnie of Versailles, Missouri and many other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Donnie Moritz, Sam Moritz and her sister, Pat Thompson.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, October 19th, at the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles with Pastor John Fransisco and David Edgar officiating. Graveside services and interment will follow in the Versailles Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon, Saturday, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
