Funeral services for Ollie Mozell Van Houtin, 64, of Longview will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, 1999, at the Welch Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Danville Cemetery. Mrs. Van Houtin was born Dec. 10, 1934, in Longview to John Lee Nix and Cora Mae Green Nix, and died Monday, April 19, 1999, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, J.L. Nix of Longview and Everett Nix of Salem, N.Y.; and one sister, Minnie Nix of Longview. The family will receive friends 6 p.m. today at the funeral home. The family would like to thank Hospice for taking such wonderful care of our Mom.
