Geneva was born to John Lee, Sr. and Cora Mae Nix in the Danville Community.
She married Charlie M. (Chuck) Stanley, Jr. on August 20, 1948. Together they owned and operated Stanley’s Country Store near Lake Cherokee from 1950 to 1995. Geneva enjoyed fishing, sewing, crocheting, genealogy, and was known for baking special occasion cakes for family and friends for many years.
After retirement she and Chuck had a music ministry in area nursing homes. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, four brothers and three sisters.
