Maria Francisca Estefana Estudillo y Dominguez was born on 26 December 1824 at San Diego Presidio to Jose Antonio Ramon Joaquin Ygnacio Victorino Estudillo and Maria Victoria Dominguez. She was baptized on the same day at the Presidio Chapel. She married Jose Antonio Aguirre about 1841 in Alta California. Francisca died during childbirth about 25 October 1842 in Santa Barbara and was buried on 26 October 1842 in the church vault of Mission Santa Barbara.
