In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Billy Ball, Carl Ball, Pansy Baldwin, Jack Ball, Dorothy Newberry, and Louise Stilwell; mother-in-law, Lottie Shelton.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 61 years, Don Shelton; four children, Sandy Wyatt and husband John, Ricky Shelton and wife Tammy, Terry Shelton, and Lisa Breeding and husband Shane; eight grandchildren, JW Davis and wife Brandi, Makenley Hill and husband Rocky, R.J. Shelton and wife Courtney, Cody Shelton and wife Kayla, Sheldon Griffith, Dusty Harrison, Jordan Collins and husband Adam, and Bryer Breeding and wife Chelsea; thirteen great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bob Ball and Phyllis and Otis Ball and wife Truly; two sisters, Bertie Dye and Pat Elkins; K-9 companion, Walker; many nieces, nephews, and friends also survive.
The family will receive friends Sunday, January 31st at Singleton Funeral Service in Cedar Bluff, VA beginning at 1:00 P.M.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Sunday in the Singleton Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Shane Breeding and Rev. John Wyatt officiating. The service may be viewed on Facebook Live at the Singleton Funeral Service page. Entombment will follow in Greenhills Memory Gardens Mausoleum at Claypool Hill, VA. Pallbearers will be JW Davis, R.J. Shelton, Cody Shelton, Bryer Breeding, Richard Rose, Gary Owens, Terry Smith, Adam Collins, and Chico Osborne.
