Pansy Delores Baldwin, age 71 of Cedar Bluff, VA drew her first breath in heaven on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Tazewell County and was the daughter of the late Arch and Virgie Davis Ball. She worked for many years as a private duty certified nursing assistant. Pansy was well known for her kind and giving spirit, she received great joy in always helping and giving to others. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She loved flowers and in her younger days, spent time outside gardening. Pansy loved spending time with friends and family and attending church. When she could not attend church at The Calvary Temple she loved to watch Jimmy Swaggart on television. She had spent most of her life in the Tazewell County area.
In addition to her parents, she is having a reunion in heaven with her husband of 52 years, Ted Allen Baldwin, sister Dorothy Newberry, and brothers, Carl Ball, Jack Ball and Billy Ball.

Great grandchildren are Brennon and Hunter Ratliff, Dakota Kyger, Madison Cline, Chanler, Landon and Kyle Wimmer, Reagan and Bane Keene.
Funeral services for Pansy D. Baldwin will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Friday, October 21, 2016 at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. Rod Wicker and Rev. Grady McGlothlin officiating. Interment will follow at the Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill, Virginia. Pallbearers will be Dale Ratliff, Mark Cline, Ben Ratliff, Dalton Smith, Ricky Shelton and Eddie Ratliff. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Titha and her nephews that she loved very much. The family will begin receiving friends on, Thursday evening at 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
