SHIRLEY ANN (CAMPBELL) HOOK
DeLand, Florida - Shirley A. Hook, 69, died Jan. 7, 2021.
Born April 22, 1951, in Sweetwater, Texas to John and Edna (Hillis) Campbell, she was a member of the Sweetwater High School Class of 1969.
Shirley married husband Jack Hook, in 1969. She and Jack were proud parents of two children, Karen and Bradley. Their grandchildren, Lauren, Landon and Malachi were so special to them. She is also survived by her brother, John Campbell, Jr. and wife Peggy of Sweetwater as well as numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Bradley, in 2020; and a sister, Judy Campbell Foust in 2005. The passing of her son, Bradley, just broke Shirley's heart.
Shirley was a devoted homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother. Rest in peace, Shirley.
