Ralph R. Adams, age 70, of Welda, Kansas, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021, at Olathe Medical Center, Olathe, Kansas.

He was born May 27, 1950, in Garnett, Kansas, the son of Homer and Helen (Fagg) Adams. Ralph graduated from Garnett High School with the Class of 1968.

Ralph was an iron worker at Wolf Creek Nuclear Power Plant helping to complete the dome. His life’s passion was farming and hunting. Ralph had a generous heart and was known to help out whenever and wherever he could. He gave everyone the benefit of the doubt, trusting, loving, and caring.

Family was important to him, and always made sure his grandbabies were taken care of.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Helen Adams; four brothers, Darrell Adams, Howard Wayne Adams, Walt Adams, and Delbert Adams; two sisters, Elaine Mitchell and Mildred Adams.

Ralph is survived by his daughter, one son, three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one brother.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel in Garnett, with inurnment to follow in the Glenloch Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday evening at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Ralph Adams Memorial Fund to be established at a later date.
