Hazel arrived to us on October 31, 1910 and completed her journey on October 11, 2007 at the Art City Nursing Home in Springville, Utah. She was the Daughter of Israel Barlow and Alice Belva Welling. She was married to Ernest T. Bailey who died in 1966 and is survived by her son, Ernest Larry Bailey and his wife Penny. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. "So Long Mom-all of your to-do's are done.

You have lived long, laughed hard and are loved by many. Thank you for all the time you spent with each of us, our fondest memories are from the cabin and the times we all shared there. You will be missed by all who have known you. And please, tell Dad hello for us."

Graveside Services for the family will be held Oct. 13, 1 p.m., at Larkin Sunset Lawn Cemetery, 2350 E. 1300 S. in Salt Lake.
