Eileen Kay Meagher-Holsten, age 81, of McCook, NE passed away on January 16, 2021. She was born in Benkelman, NE on December 26, 1939 to Leonard and Alberta (Mathew) Miller.

Eileen graduated from Beauty College and opened the Chateau Continental in McCook which she operated until 1986. She moved to Denver, where she worked as the Director of the Alzheimer and Dementia Care Services. During her employment, she would travel to many different job locations in South Carolina, Arizona, Texas, Florida, and California. Eileen returned to McCook in 2011, when she retired.

Eileen enjoyed her flower gardens, interior decorating, and oil painting, especially landscapes. She played the organ and the piano for the West First Chapel in McCook.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Gloria Campbell.

Eileen is survived by her children: Rick (Helen) Bradley; Jay Bradley; Derek Holsten; and Angela Holsten; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and sister, Pat (Eddy) Collins.

Memorial Services will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the McCook Christian Church with Pastor Kyle Dellevoet. A private inurnment will take place at a future date.
