RUBY MAROON COURT, 75, of Memphis, retired employee of Sears, Roebuck and Co., died Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Memphis Funeral Home Union Chapel with burial in Woodhaven Memory Gardens in Millington. She was a member of Hollywood Baptist Church. Mrs. Court, the widow of William A. Court, leaves a daughter, Suzanne C. Pomtree of Arlington; a son, Charles A. Court of Millington; two brothers, Rev. Jack E. Maroon of Belmont, Miss., and James E. Maroon of Memphis, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Hollywood Baptist Church.
