• There is a Massachusetts VItal Record (handwritten) that shows "Larkin Green Gibbons" listed under the heading of "Lemuel Gibbons Childrens Births." In this record, there are names of three children and each is listed separately. For Larkin Green there is no birth date or mother listed. When this original handwritten record is examined, it can be seen where the information on page 41 of Granville Births newer typed record is in error. Please see attached for handwritten record.

• Additionally, there is nothing in the well-researched family genealogy A Turning of Hearts (pub. 1981) about Pamelia Gibbons and William Davidson Gibbons having a brother named Larkin Green Gibbons. William Davidson Gibbons was born 27 Aug 1783 at Granville, Massachusetts and he was 2nd of the two children of Lemuel and Mary. There is nothing found anywhere in his biography to this time that mentions a twin brother.

• There is, however a Connecticut Vital Record that does list Larkin Green Gibbons' birth and his parents are recorded as Lemuel Gibbons and Vadeia. Please see highlighted record attached.
