Alice C. Robbins

Gloucester - Mrs. Alice C. Robbins, 79, of Gloucester, died on Saturday, June 10, 1995.

Mrs. Robbins was a lifelong resident of Gloucester County, She was a member of Groves Memorial Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her son-in-law, Leo Chessock of St. Davids, Pa.; five grandchildren, Nancy Pen, Michael Chessock, John Chessock, Linda Bradley and Lisa Chessock; two great-grandchildren, Kaleen and Jackie Pen, all of St. Davids, Pa.; three sisters, Mrs. Derwood Parker and Mrs. Robbie Coates, both of Gloucester, and Mrs. Neil Ness of San Diego, Calif.; and one brother, Thomas Clements of Pocomoke City, Md. Mrs. Robbins was predeceased by her husband, E. Ralph Robbins, and her daughter, Delores R. Chessock.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the Andrews Funeral Home by the Rev. Fred Reed.

Burial will be in the Bellamy Memorial Cemetery, Gloucester.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 7 to 8 p.m.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the Building Fund of Groves Memorial Presbyterian Church.
