Mildred E. Headley, 96 of Parkersburg died January 29, 2005 at the Eagle Pointe Nursing Home.

She was born in Wood Co. WV. the daughter of the late Charles Rector and Hattie E. Mick Chichester.

She had at one time been employed by the American Viscose and in her early years she had attended the United Brethern Church at Valley Mills, WV. She was a Homemaker.

She is survived by her brother, Francis M. Chichester of Vienna and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph S. Headley; Her Son, Granville P. Chichester; Her Brothers, Bryan, Walter, Pearl and Lawrence Chichester; Her Sisters, Talma Wiggins, Bernice Gemp, Beulah Morris and Garnet Chichester.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Pastor Chad Mugrage officiating. Interment will be in the Evergreen North Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 4-7 PM and Tuesday one hour prior to the service
