Suggested edit: Hello. Thank you for the memorial for Barbara Copeland Tally. I just wanted to say that the newspaper article is incorrect about where she was born. The 1860 Maries County Census shows her living with her parents, Pleasant and Elizabeth Copeland in Dry Creek Township, Maries County. I have researched this family and have reason to believe that Barbara was born in Maries County, Missouri. Thank you for considering my request for correction. Judy
