Robert Kline's obit;
Sligo - Robert Stanley Kline, 76, of Sligo RD 1, died Monday in the Grandview Convalescent Home at Clarion. He was born September 3, 1892, in Beaver Township, Clarion County, a son of Charles and Louella Watson Kline. He and the former Mabel Dixon were married July 7, 1915. She survives. Mr. Kline was a member of the Monroe Chapel Metodist Church, 100F Lodge 387 in Sligo and the Murphy Grange.
Surviving along with his wife, Mrs. Mable Kline, are a daughter, Mrs. Donald (Orpha) Carnahan of Butler; four sons, Arnold Kline of New Bethlehem, Merle Kline of Williston, N.D., Lester Kline of New Castle, and Gene Kline of Clarion; 21 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Charles (Daisy) Henry of Cleveland, Mrs. Roy (Mamie) Fox of Callensburg and Mrs. Leora Kunselman of Sligo RD. Two brothers, a sister and a grandson are deceased.
The family will receive friends at the Hawk Funeral Home in Sligo from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. The 100F Lodge will hold a service at 8 p.m. today in the funeral home. Funeral services, in charge of Rev. Charles Harriger of Polk, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Interment will be in the MT. Zion Cemetery.
