COLLINS, MS: Dorothy Scroggs Butler Davis, a resident of Seminary, MS, died Saturday in Collins Hospital in Collins.
She is survived by her husband, C.A. Davis of Seminary; a son, Terry Butler of Madison, MS; two sisters, Elaine Fremin of Bogalusa and Bobbie Spano of Baton Rouge; a brother-in-law, John Moody of Pueblo, CO; two stepchildren, Beverly Rushing of Jackson and Allen and Lucille Davis of Moselle; and several grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Gene Butler; a sister, Lahoma Moody; and her parents, Tellie and Ada Scroggs.
A funeral service, followed by burial, was held Sunday in Moselle
