Catherine E. Foltz, widow of Samuel Foltz, died yesterday at her home. She was 80. Born in Lebanon, she was a daughter of the late Clayton and Emma Clark Bentz. She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church and the Three A Club of the church. She is survived by a daughter, Catherine, wife of George Loose, Cleona; three sons, Richard E., Cornwall; Donald F., Lebanon, and Thomas B., Cleona; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Herman Bentz, Lebanon, and several nieces and nephews.
