Mrs. Needs made her home with a daughter, Mrs. Harry (Mary) Klar. Born Jan. 11, 1876, she was a daughter of Josiah and Mary Wilson Sigman. Mrs. Needs was a member of Dover Bible church.
In addition to the daughter with whom she resided, survivors include another daughter, Mrs. (unreadable) (Leola) Beitzel, and a son (unreadable) Needs, both of Dover; seven grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; a twin sister, Mrs. Belle Colvin of Columbus and four brothers, Charles Sigman of Dover, Harvey and Thomas of Cambridge, and Ralph of Enola, Pa.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home with the Rev. Carl Fetters officiating. Burial will be in Dover Burial Park. Calling hours at the funeral home will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
