Heidi Dasch, age 90, formerly of Madison, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Crest View Lutheran Home in Columbia Heights, MN.

Adelheid Dasch was born August 29, 1930 in Silesia, Poland to Jyohon & Franzeska (Mainka) Passion. On January 13, 1951, she married Franz Dasch in Kraiburg, Germany. In 1966, she moved to Minnesota along with her daughter, Manuela’s family. In 1982, she met Rodney Barge and moved back to Madison. Eventually, Heidi moved back to Brooklyn Center, MN with Rodney and lived there until Rodney’s death in 1993. She remained there until becoming a resident of Crest View Lutheran Home.

Heidi belonged to a “German Club” and they would get together twice a month. She loved to grow her flower garden and relax on her patio.

She is survived by her two granddaughters, Nicole (Dustin) Shiffer of Madison and Renae (Kelly) Heinemann of Dell Rapids, SD; son, Ferdinand (Roswitha) Dasch of Germany; five great-grandchildren and other extended family.

Preceding her in death were her parents; son, Wolfgang Dasch; daughter, Manuela Neuman; one sister, Ada George; two brothers, Gerhard & Willi Passion.

Heidi’s wishes were to be cremated and to have no services held. Inurnment will take place in Prairie Queen Cemetery, rural Nunda at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted with Rustand-Weiland Funeral Chapel.
