Jackie Lee Booth, 86 of Piney Mt. Rd, died Thursday, Dec. 10, 2020, at Piney Valley Nursing Home in Keyser, WV, of COVID-19.
Born May 6, 1934, he was the son of the late Walter Booth and Agnes (Spiker) Booth.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mary (Molly Ryan) Booth. He was also preceded by eight sisters Mabel Burley, Bessie Michaels, Agnes Kendall, Stella Green, Virginia Mckenzie, Catherine O’Neal, Rosie Kubenik and Anna Novella and six brothers Leroy, James, William, George, John, and Raymond. Jackie is survived by two daughters Jaqueline Carol Booth, Christine Clauze and husband William, two sons Billy Joe Deihl and wife Tiffani and Leonard Deihl, eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Jackie is also survived by his brother Donald Booth and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jackie was a kind hearted man. He was always ready to help anyone. He loved going hunting out the mountain. He loved being with family and friends, especially during hunting season. He liked to tell you a good joke or tell you a story about his life.
He was retired from Maryland DOH.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no service at this time. There will be a memorial service at a later time.
Internment will be at Porter Cemetery. In lieu of flowers – please give to your favorite charity or buy someone a mask.
