Mr. Teter was born at Arlington Mar.15, 1881, a son of the late Amos and
Mary Ellen Fidler Teter. He was a member of the Arlington Baptist Church
and the Rock Cave Masonic Lodge, AF & AM, No. 81. Surviving are his
wife, Mrs. Hallie Shock Teter; two sons, Dice Teter, of Byesville, O.;
Robert Teter, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Cinderalla Davidson, of Route 3,
and Mrs. Katherine Thacker, of Charleston; and a brother, Grover Teter, of
Sistersville. Funeral services were held at the Arlington Baptist
Church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. Lloyd Tenney officiating.
Burial was made in the Arlington Cemetery.
