She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her partner in life, George Bertman Beltz.
Mrs. Beltz is survived by two sons and daughters-n-law, Donald Ray and Evelyn Beltz and Ronald Bertrum and Sharon Beltz, all of Leesville; one daughter and son-in-law, Judith Susan Beltz and Ronald Ray of Leesville; six grandchildren, Beverly Moreno, Carrie Beltz, Michael Beltz, Terry Crews, Stefanie Schultz and Josef Ray, and seven great-grandchildren.
